Will diplomatic strain drive the US and Israel’s different Western allies to rethink their help for the battle?
Israel’s bombardment of the besieged Gaza Strip has entered its second month.
Greater than 10,000 Palestinians have been killed, in response to authorities in Gaza, and huge swathes of the territory have been diminished to rubble.
As public anger grows around the globe over the hovering loss of life toll and a rising humanitarian disaster, Israel is going through a diplomatic backlash.
South Africa and Bolivia have severed relations with it, and several other different international locations are recalling their ambassadors and embassy employees.
That is severely setting again Israel’s efforts in recent times to ascertain relations with many countries that boycotted it for many years.
So can these diplomatic strikes strain US and Israel’s different Western allies to push it to no less than comply with a humanitarian ceasefire?
