A lady was noticed preventing the present of the river, which was estimated to be transferring as a lot as 10 mph, and struggling to remain in a single location, LAFD’s Margaret Stewart stated.
The lady was final noticed at Kester Avenue, and hearth officers say a number of rescue factors have been arrange alongside the river to conduct rescue operations.
