Officers arrived on the scene and noticed a person hearth right into a crowd of individuals, prompting an officer to shoot thrice, police stated. Police recovered a weapon on the scene, however haven’t made an arrest, officers stated.
Seven victims have been transported to Thomas Jefferson College Hospital with accidents from the taking pictures, a hospital spokesperson stated. One was reported useless on arrival and 4 others have been in steady situation, the hospital stated.
Police stated different victims have been transported to 2 extra space hospitals.
