A 15-year-old boy has died and three adults, together with a police officer, had been injured in a capturing in Washington, D.C., Sunday night time, officers stated.
The shooting passed off close to 14th and U streets Northwest, in a preferred space stuffed with shops, eating places and bars. The world performed host to “Moechella,” a free live performance celebrating Juneteenth.
The Metropolitan Police Division had reported an earlier, separate incident on the live performance, when a struggle was damaged up, MPD Chief Robert Contee said.

The incidents occurred between 6:30 and eight:30 p.m., police stated, at an unpermitted occasion related to Moechella. Police stated “tons of of individuals” had gathered on the block, and the MPD assisted in containing the gang to the sidewalk.
Whereas rendering help to individuals caught within the stampede, a firearm was recovered, Contee stated.
