Nominations are open for the Australian Antarctic Medal, honouring individuals who have made an impressive contribution to the Australian Antarctic Program.
The Medal recognises expeditioners who’ve proven distinctive dedication, contribution, efficiency and persistence as a part of the Program for greater than 12 months.
The Medal was established in 1987 and is an accolade within the Meritorious Service Awards class of the Australian honours system.
Nominations are open till 28 February 2023.
