Hunter Biden’s business partner, Devon Archer, testified Monday before the GOP-led House Oversight Committee. Archer told lawmakers that President Biden’s son sold the “Biden brand,” though Republicans and Democrats disagreed about whether it was legitimate access or the “illusion of access” for his clients.
