East Coast housing costs rise as West Coast prices fall

The nation’s housing prices are seeing their first year-over-year decline since 2012. That decline, however, was not felt across the board. While prices fell in cities like Seattle, San Francisco and Las Vegas, home buyers in places like Miami, Chicago and Atlanta were asked to pay more.
