NABO super-middleweight champion Edgar Berlanga has vowed to mild up New York with a knockout present on Saturday, stay on Sky Sports activities from 2.30am on Sunday morning.
The unbeaten 25-year-old, who’s nicknamed ‘The Chosen One’ and has a report of 16 first-round knockouts in his 19 fights thus far, takes on artful Colombian Alexis Angulo within the 10-round important occasion within the Hulu Theater at Madison Sq. Backyard as he bids to shut in on a world-title shot.
Berlanga, who was born in Brooklyn and whose household hails from Puerto Rico, mentioned: “I am excited. It is Puerto Rican Day [Parade] weekend. My exhausting work paid off and now we’re right here.

“Angulo is the kind of fighter that comes ahead. Hopefully, he does that this Saturday. He is a tricky, rugged fighter. He makes it look ugly, comes ahead. He has energy identical to me. He is highly effective, so it will be a tremendous night time.
“I am on the lookout for an enormous victory. I am able to go all out.”

Angulo, 38, who has two losses in his 29 fights, mentioned: “I am very grateful for the chance, and I’ll take full benefit of it. We will placed on a very good presentation for everybody.”
