Hunter Biden agrees to plead guilty to tax charges

Hunter Biden has agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges stemming from an investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware. Biden will also admit to illegal possession of a handgun, a felony, but the charge will be dismissed after 24 months if he completes the terms of a diversion agreement.
