In line with the sheriff’s workplace, 50-year-old Rafael Vincent Rivera and a motorcyclist obtained into an argument after Rivera minimize the motorcyclist off.
Witnesses advised deputies that Rivera exited his truck with a knife in his hand and threatened the motorcyclist.

Investigators mentioned that was when the motorcyclist, who had a hid weapon allow, pulled out his firearm and ordered Rivera to again off.
The incident was recorded by a passenger who then confirmed it to deputies.
After viewing the video, deputies arrested Rivera on expenses of aggravated assault with a lethal weapon and booked him into the Flagler County jail.
