NARCL finalises acquisition of two SREI companies

The Nationwide Asset Reconstruction Firm (NARCL) has finalised the acquisition of the 2 SREI corporations – SREI Tools Finance and SREI Infrastructure Finance — beneath the Insolvency and Chapter Code (IBC), paving the best way for decision of a Rs 32700-crore debt.
