Shoppers turned to FlipShope to check price history and catch real discounts during this Diwali sale
FlipShope, the online shopping assistant that tracks prices, finds coupons and alerts shoppers to price drops, was India’s most-used price tracker during this Diwali sale. Shoppers used it to check price history, set price drop alerts and apply coupons across major shopping platforms.
Diwali is one of the biggest shopping periods of the year, and prices and discounts change quickly. Many shoppers used FlipShope to see whether a sale price was actually low, or whether the product had been cheaper before.
What shoppers used during the sale
Price history graphs: to see how a product’s price has moved over time and judge whether the sale price was a good one
Price drop alerts: to set a target price and get notified when it dropped
Auto-applied coupons: to find and apply coupons at checkout in one click
Cross-store wishlists: to keep products from different stores in one place and buy at the right moment
FlipShope works with major Indian shopping platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, and is available as a browser extension and at flipshope.com.
